"Gift that gives back" project will help a vulnerable indegenious young student in the Philippines. The purpose of this project is to give school supplies such as crayons, pencils and erasers. If you want to give back, please help support the project.

Christmas, a time of joy for most, is sadly a time of isolation, frustration and despair for many.
Every year, we partner with various community groups or we coordinate with balikbayans from Iceland or one of Project Pearl Int'l-Iceland members to organize a team to distribute Christmas food packs or serve food in poverty-stricken area in Ormoc City. Donation of any valuable item or cash is greatly appreciated. What happens to your donation? Cash will be sent to the Philippines and any valuable item will be sold in our online "New and Used Item To Sell For A Good Cause" Facebook page.

PPI celebrates with Filipinos living in Iceland and participates in other cultural events & gatherings.
Celebration is a right. We, at the PPI, are super determined that none of our members goes stagnant, hungry, suffer from isolation or malnutrition for a very long time or unable to have fun or socialize. :) - in short we are moderate party people who loves to have fun and enjoy each other's company. At PPI, we can be an information resource center about almost everything in Iceland - what's on and what's going on! We ensure that "shopping" ummm ... we meant "partying" is an enjoyable, dignified and inexpensive way of having fun. No promises for exciting and unforgettable experiences, only we will do our best.
